* The SASA Fall Festival for 09/14/2017 – 09/17/2017 was cancelled due to Hurricane Irma – in accordance to our bylaws, a Business Meeting was held in Greensboro, NC on 09/23/2017.
** The SASA Fall Festival for 09/19/2018 – 09/22/2018 was cancelled due to Hurricane Florence  – in accordance to our bylaws, a Business Meeting was held in Greensboro, NC on 10/06/2018.
*** The SASA Spring Festival for 03/26/2020 – 03/29/2020 was cancelled due to the Coronavirus.
*** The SASA Fall Festival for 09/17/2020 – 09/20/2020 was cancelled due to the Coronavirus – in accordance to our bylaws, a Business Meeting was held in Parkersburg, WV on 09/20/2020.
**** Due to the ongoing Coronavirus, the SASA Spring Festival was reduced to one day and all business was conducted via Zoom, with the respective officers and additional participating parties present in attendance from their respective locations.
